The product

One inbox for everything that moves.

Stripe, GitHub, Linear, Intercom, your own webhooks. Lumen reads them all, scores each event, and shows your team only what changed. The rest waits in the digest.

01

Scored, not sorted

Every event gets a score from 0 to 100 based on money, people and time. Above 70 it pings; below it waits.

02

A digest people read

One email on Monday at 08:00 with the week in twelve lines. No dashboards to open, no filters to remember.

03

Alerts with a threshold

Set a rule once: failed payments over €500, error rate above 2%, a churn signal. Lumen wakes you only for those.

Customer stories

Three teams, three quieter weeks.

“We turned off eleven Slack channels the week we switched.”

Kolektiv runs two floors of desks and a small café. Bookings, card payments and door access all posted to Slack, and nobody read any of it. Lumen scores every event, so the team sees a failed payment or a broken door within a minute and nothing else.

“The Monday digest is the only report I still read.”

Vrelo delivers to 1,900 households around Sarajevo. Lana used to open four dashboards every morning. Now one email tells her revenue, churn, failed deliveries and the three things that need a decision, and she opens the app maybe twice a week.

“Alerts stopped waking people up at night. That is the whole review.”

Dukat builds mobile apps for banks, so the pager rules were strict and loud. With thresholds in Lumen the team gets paged for a real error spike and reads everything else in the morning feed. On-call went from dreaded to boring.

Questions

Short answers.

What counts as an event?

Anything that reaches Lumen: a payment, a deploy, a ticket, a signup, a webhook you send yourself. We do not charge per event.

How does scoring work?

Each event gets 0 to 100 from three signals: money involved, people affected and time sensitivity. You can override any rule per source.

Which tools do you connect to?

Stripe, Paddle, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Jira, Intercom, HubSpot, Vercel, Sentry, plus a plain webhook for everything else.

Where is the data stored?

Frankfurt, on EU servers. Company plans can pin data to a region. We keep events for 30 days on Starter and one year on Team.

Can I set quiet hours?

Yes. Quiet hours are per person. Only alerts above your threshold get through, and only to the person on call.

Does the digest go to people without an account?

It does. Add any email address, for example your accountant or a co-founder, and they get the Monday digest without logging in.

Is there an API?

A REST API and a CLI. Everything you see in the app, including scores, is available as JSON.

How do I migrate from Slack alerts?

Point your existing webhooks at Lumen. Most teams do it in an afternoon and keep one Slack channel for the alerts that pass the threshold.
