VIS ATELIER
We design spaces for living and working: houses on hillsides, public halls, interiors that age well. Every project starts as a massing model — white volumes on a plate — before a single window is drawn.
Twelve architects, one workshop, a bureau in Sarajevo and a desk in Vienna. Forty-one buildings completed since 2011, twenty-seven of them listed below.

The studio
A building should look inevitable — as if the site had been waiting for it.
We draw slowly. Plans are worked out on paper and in card models before anything goes into the computer, because a volume you can hold tells you more than a render. We prefer few materials used honestly: concrete where it carries, timber where you touch it, glass only where the view earns it.
